Bluff Manor was designed, built and adored by Artist Judith Kennedy.

She used the timber from her land, repurposed windows from the historic Savary Island Lodge and flooring from a local school. I am told Judith was passionate about being easy on the earth. We as the new owners feel privileged to keep her vision alive.

A winding forest trail leads you to our enchanting Bluff Manor,

perched on top of a 120ft bluff. The 180 degree view stretches from

Powell River and the Coastal mountains to Comox and the Island mountains,

with the Salish Sea and Islands in-between. Watching the sky and sea

constantly changing will become your favourite new pass time.

This could be the most amazing view you’ll ever witness.

The property oozes tranquility & charm, with deer wondering through

and eagles soaring overhead. It is truly a unique experience.

It consists of a charming, main cottage, sleeping cottage and

glamping tent. All super cozy with comfy beds and nicely furnished.

This unique property is environmentally friendly and off grid,

with all the comforts you need for a relaxing break from the real world.

Bluff Manor sits mid-Island on the south side, full of summer sunshine.

It is an easy walk or bike ride to many beaches that go on forever,

forest hiking trails, galleries and a coffee hut or two.

It doesn't get any more relaxing than this.
